Adobe Flash Blur Filter Not Showing Up?

I was just working on a project where I wanted to add a fog affect. This required me to use a filter which I couldn’t find or add through normal means! To get it to show up, make sure the Flash Player in the Publish Settings is set to 8 or higher – that’s it.
